镶嵌式面板坝是解决高面板堆石坝安全性的一种新理念,结合某150 m面板坝工程,采用非线性平面有限元方法,系统研究了新坝型与常规面板坝应力应变特性的差异,并探讨了混凝土坝高度、顶面宽度和坡比对镶嵌式面板坝应力应变的影响。结果表明,镶嵌式面板坝与常规面板坝在堆石坝体沉降、周边缝变位等方面并没有显著改变,改变主要集中在堆石体上游向变形和面板的应力应变上,镶嵌式面板坝对堆石体上游向变形有一定抑制作用,由于缩短了面板长度,对面板静态应力应变状况有所改善,但对面板动态应力状况稍有不利。混凝土坝高度是控制性体型参数,需综合考虑其对堆石坝体、面板和混凝土坝自身应力变形以及接缝变位的影响,合理选择混凝土坝坝高。
Inlaid panel dam is a new idea to solve the safety of high concrete faced rockfill dam. Combined with a 150 m dam project, the nonlinear finite element method is used to systematically study the difference of stress and strain between the new dam and the conventional panel dam The effects of concrete dam height, top width and slope ratio on the stress and strain of the mound panel dam are discussed. The results show that there is no significant change in the settlement of the rockfill dam and the displacement of the perimeter seam between the inlay panel dam and the conventional dam. The changes mainly focus on the deformation of the upstream of the rockfill body and the stress and strain of the panel, The deformation of the upstream of the rockfill is restrained to a certain degree. Due to the shortening of the length of the panel, the static stress and strain of the panel is improved, but the dynamic stress condition of the panel is slightly unfavorable. The height of concrete dam is a controllable body type parameter, and it is necessary to comprehensively consider the impact on the stress and deformation of the rockfill dam, the panel and the concrete dam itself and the displacement of the joint, and select the concrete dam height reasonably.
