Objective: To explore the circadian rhythm of pain threshold and circadian changes of analgesic effect of panax notoginseng total glycosides in mice.Methods: Use the hot plate method and the radiation heat method to establish mouse pain model,measure the pain threshold in 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00, 24:00, 04:00, analyzes its circadian rhythm.
