中医耳鼻喉科学近几十年有了长足的发展,主要体现在病证的丰富和检查手段的多样化。在治疗方法上,除手术方法外,内治法传统汤剂占有较大比重,剂型的多样化还显得不足。虽然很多医院做了努力,但与临床需要还有较大距离。主要是因为中医药运用的个性化要求不能与药品管理法规配套,传统中医药与现代化医药管理模式需要一个较长的磨合期。中医耳鼻喉科学要发展必须走出这个瓶颈。现将临床用药情况,做一大略的分析。
ENT science has made great strides in recent decades, mainly reflected in the diversification of the syndromes and the means of inspection. In the treatment methods, in addition to surgical methods, traditional decoction method account for a large proportion of traditional Chinese medicine, the diversification of formulations is not enough. Although many hospitals have done their best, there is still a long way to go to meet clinical needs. The main reason is that the individualized requirements for the use of Chinese medicine can not be matched with the laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical products. The traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine management mode require a long run-in period. ENT science must go out of this bottleneck. Clinical medication now, do a rough analysis.
