A framework for performing dynamic responses of long-span suspension bridge under the action of both rurning vehicle and cross wind is presented. The proposed framework is then applied to a schemed longspan suspension bridge with the main span of 1120 m.The wind loads acting on the bridge has been simulated through the written program. The time histories of the bridge responses are drawn when the vehicle passing through under wind actions. The results demonstrate that both running speed of the train and wind velocity have great influence on the maximum deflection of the bridge.
