  Falling film condensation can be found in many chemical engineering processes, such as condensation processes in the vacuum distillation packed column and ethylene quench tower.These processes are also called Direct Contact Condensation (DCC).Structured packing has been widely used for these processes for its great performance of liquid-gas heat and mass transfer.The fluid dynamic and heat transfer behavior of falling film condensation on rnclined corrugated plates corresponding to structured packing are of great importance in determining the process performance.
