In this paper,we present one planar optical black hole with graded photonic quasicrystals implemented with phyllotaxy structures (PSPQ).ThePSPQs are composed with discrete dielectric cylinders,which radius are determined by the index profile of optical black hole and Maxwell-Garnett effectivemedium theory.
