Temperature is known to influence disease resistance to bacteria, fungi, virus, and insects, and temperature has prevalent and complex effects on plant immunity.To protect themselves and survival well, plants have evolved multi-layered mechanisms such as PTI (PAMP-triggered immunity),ETI (effector-triggered immunity) to detect and defense pathogens.
