As a short single-stranded DNA or RNA sequence,aptamer possesses high affinity for targets,including proteins,peptides,metal ions and small molecules.Compared with traditional recognition elements,aptamer has a lot of unique features,including synthesis convenience,structural stability and ease of modification.Therefore,aptamer has become an increasingly important recognition element for the design of biosensor.A series of sensitive aptamer biosensors based on nano-graphite and DNAase I were reported for metal ion detection in our previous work[1,2].To further broaden the application area of aptamer,several sensitive aptamer biosensors for small molecule detection were developed[3].
