This study was to evaluate the organizational effectiveness of employees such as their job satisfaction,organizational commitment,turnover intention,organizational citizenship behavior,and service quality depending on the type of leadership such as transformational leadership or transactional leadership of the dietitians in industrial foodservice and then to suggest the basic data for operation of the industrial foodservice by suggesting the effective type of leadership in running the industrial foodservice.
