汇报提纲一.背景二.服务策划三.服务探索与实践四.结语一、背景按照《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》, "艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治"科技重大专项于2008年8月正式启动科技重大专项在保障民生,培育战略性新兴产业,促进经济发展方式转变,深化医药卫生体制改革中发挥着支撑作用一、背景国家科技图书文献中心(简称NSTL)是经国务院领导批准,由科技部联合财政部、经贸委、农业部、卫生部和中固科学院,于2000年6月12日组建的一个国家科技文献信息资源服务机构NSTL采购外文科技文献26000余种,支持成员订购国外全文、事实与工具数据库百余种为更好地为科技重大专项的实施提供坚实的科技文献保障,NSTL决定面向重大专项的组织管理部门和项目承担单位,实施专业化信息服务
