The complex oxides have attracted an extensive attention,and numerous methods have been proposed for the synthesis of the complex oxides nanoparticles 1-4.A partial wet route to form precursor with coreshall structure is designed and proposed for synthesis of YAG powder as sample.The formation mechanism is also well discussed.Two stages driven by different forces is proposed.
