　　Background: The therapeutic effects of microwave ablation and sublobar resection were found similar to lobectomy for Stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in many trails,but there were continuous debates on these results.Therefore,a multi-center retrospective trail for the comparison of efficacy between microwave ablation,sublobar resection and lobectomy was conducted in our study.
