探讨MRI模拟定位在鼻咽癌肿瘤靶区勾画中的意义.对2015年1月～2015年9月北京大学第三医院初治的病理诊断明确鼻咽癌患者14例,T分期按98鼻咽癌分期标准：T1期1例;T2期2例,T3期8例,T4期3例.由3位放疗科医师(高年资主治医生或副主任医师以上职称)分别对每例患者增强CT图像及MR1图像进行盲态独立勾画靶区.为方便比较,仅对所勾画鼻咽部原发病灶的靶区(GTV)进行统计分析.每个病例分别
