　　Background T cells are closely related to the clinical manifestations of patients with Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) infection.T cell receptors (TCR) reflect the composition and function of T cells.The molecular profiles of TCRBV in peripheral blood mononuclear ceils (PBMCs) and their subsets (CD4+ and CD8+ T cells) from patients with active TB or latent TB infection (LTBI) have not been well described.
