　　The F-box and leucine-rich repeat protein 10 (Fbx110, also known as Jhdm1b or Kdm2b) has many roles concerned with the regulation of proliferation, growth, differentiation, senescence and apoptosis in cancer.This study shows that Fbx110 is highly expressed in gastric cancer cells, and knockdown of Fbx110 inhibits cancer cell growth, proliferation and colony formation in vitro and tumour growth in vivo.
