本文提出了化工企业逐级优化生产计划序列模型,运用序列方法把众多的变量逐级分散,为模型的建立和求解提供了方便。用此模型编制了某厂生产计划,结果表明,模型正确地描述了该厂生产系统结构,反映了计划编制过程的特点,取得了显著的经济效益。此法适用于类似的企业。 In this paper, we propose a sequence optimization model of production planning for chemical enterprises step by step. By using sequence method, a large number of variables are dispersed step by step, which facilitates the establishment and solution of the model. The production plan of a factory was compiled with this model. The results showed that the model correctly described the structure of the production system of the factory, reflected the characteristics of the planning process and achieved significant economic benefits. This method applies to similar businesses.
