目的 报告一例伴Y染色体缺失的急性髓系白血病并中枢浸润的临床特点。方法 总结1例伴Y染色体缺失的急性髓系白血病以中枢浸润症状起病的患者临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果 男性,16岁,因"口角歪斜伴排便障碍半月余,头晕呕吐3天"于2015-5-16入院。入院查患者左侧周围性面瘫,左侧巩膜充血,双侧额部局限性隆起,双下肢麻木疼痛明显,不能自行解大小便,外周血白细胞显著升高,血小板减少,肝肾功能、电解质正常。头颅MR示双侧颞顶部硬膜下出血,双侧额部皮下血肿。
