2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是由多病因引起的复杂代谢性疾病,主要特征是胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素相对缺乏从而产生高血糖.我国己成为世界第一糖尿病大国(Yang et al.,2010),推进与糖尿病相关的研究迫在眉睫.糖尿病疾病动物模型是阐明糖尿病发病机理、早期诊断和预防、药物筛选和评价的必要手段.
