400m级预应力活性粉末混凝土(RPC)连续箱梁桥原型设计

400m级跨径的连续梁桥是当前桥梁工程难以有效突破的一个技术瓶颈.基于减轻结构自重可实现提升桥梁跨径的理念,本文采用体外预应力和活性粉末混凝土(RPC)相结合的措施,并采用新的箱梁截面形式,提出了一种400m级连续箱梁桥方案.在试设计的基础上,对RPC梁桥上部结构的受力情况进行了考察.结果表明,这种新型连续箱梁桥的结构构造和受力特性介于传统PC箱梁桥和钢箱梁桥之间,可适用于400m级连续梁跨径,经济上合理,可作为超大跨径梁桥的一种备选方案:与传统PC箱梁桥相比,RPC箱梁桥可大幅减轻结构自重,变三向预应力为纵向单向预应力,同时还可有效降低传统混凝土箱梁开裂风险。
