　　Thanks to advance in permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)and power electronics,the household axial-type fans,such as standing fans or ceiling fans can be operated in wider speed range by using invertor-based variable frequency technology.However,the conventional axial–type fan was almost designed with high efficiency in operating at one specified speed.
