Based on the data of 947 graduating students in Yangzhou University, This paper applied descriptive statistics to analyses the entrepreneurial behavior of University graduating students.The result shown that the entrepreneurial motivation of graduates was positive and optimistic; Lack of experience was still the main factors to restrict the entrepreneurship of University graduating students; the graduates career-selection attitude had changed a lot, and had a strong identity to self-employed, etc.

随着研究的深入，DLLME在复杂基质样品分析中的应用将会越来越广泛。本文综述了分散液液微萃取(DLLME)这种新型萃取技术近些年来在国内外刑事毒物分析中的应用情况。包括在环境样品中的有机毒物分析，生物样品中的有机毒物分析及分散液液微萃取(DLLME)技术在检测金属毒物方面的应用。
