主诉:眶周和口周色素斑2年余.病史,查体及实验室检查:患者男,38岁.眶周和口周色素斑2年余,偶有轻痒.先从右上眼睑开始,逐渐累及口腔周围.皮疹与日晒关系不大.无反复发生的口腔溃疡史.狼疮带试验阴性.免疫指标均阴性.PE:眶周和口周可见边界清楚的褐色斑.组织病理:表皮轻度角化过度,灶性角化不全,基底层点状液化变性.真皮浅层血管周围和附属器周围小片状慢性炎症细胞浸润,并可见许多噬色素细胞.
