Because lead-based piezoelectric ceramics have environmental issues associated with lead,the development of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics has attracted much attention recently.Especially, alkaline niobate-based ferroelectric compositions have been paid much attention, owing to their relatively good dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties, becoming one of the most promising candidates for replacing traditional lead-based piezoelectric ceramics.
