Recently,Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas is known for high GWP(Global Worming Potential) gas.The index of GWP of SF6 gas is 23,900 higher than CO2.Therefore,the discharge of SF6 is a very serious problem with a respect of Global Worming.So,the research relating to restrain the discharge of SF6 gas,such as disintegration,treatment and recycle of SF6 gas,is very active.The PSI and Adsorption process is used for restrain the discharge of SF6 to atmosphere,generally.However,the processes mentioned above have some demerits,such as high loss,high energy consumption,high initial investment,and large equipment,etc.Recently,the manufacturing process and technology for membrane has been developed fastly.The application of membrane to SF6 gas treatment is very important and prospective research area relating to restrain the discharge of SF6 and reuse the SF6 gas.Especially,the application of membrane to SF6 gas recycle is very.noteworthy research area.
