Temperature and heat flux to the EAST lower divertor targets determined by infrared camera

  In the EAST tokamak,a IR(infrared)camera was put into operation and is used to measure the temperature distribution of the lower divertor targets and to determine the heat flux onto the lower divertor targets.The anaylsed discharges spanned the density=f3.4)x1019m~in lower-single null H-mode discharges.The peak heat flux density can reache more than 2MW/m2 and is sometimes away from the peak temperature during ELMy H-mode.The heat flux profile evidently transforms from ohmic heating to H-mode in the same shot and the 1/e power width is minimum in ELM-free H-phase.
