旅游学是一门年轻的学科。在对旅游学的研究过程中,通常借用其他学科的理论和方法。当旅游活动在全世界范围内强劲发展时,很多学者开始研究其发展规律。旅游消费者行为学顺应需要,开始逐渐形成。旅游者如何购买旅游产品、怎样决策、在旅游过程中的行为特征以及旅游后期的影响等等都成了专家们的研究热点。经过20多年的发展,旅游消费者行为学逐渐成熟,但是还是有很多不足。本文对旅游消费者行为学的产生、发展、研究现状和成果进行一一探讨,并指出其未来的发展方向。
Tourism is a young discipline. In the study of tourism, usually borrow the theory and method of other disciplines. When the tourism activities in the worldwide strong development, many scholars began to study its law of development. Tourism consumer behavior to meet the needs, began to gradually formed. How tourists to buy travel products, how to make decisions, the behavior characteristics in the tourism process and the impact of tourism, etc. have become the hot topics of experts. After more than 20 years of development, tourism consumer behavior has gradually matured, but there are still many deficiencies. This paper explores the production, development, research status and achievements of tourism consumer behavior and points out its future development direction.
