As narrow band-gap semiconductiors,PbSe and PbS colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)are usually used in photovoltaic devices to improve the conversion efficiency for their strong multiple exciton generation(MEG)effect,high bandgap tenability,charge mobility and its large Bohr exiton radius.Usually,ternary semiconductor materials can provide an better alternative approach for bandgap control in additional to the size-dependent quantum confinement effects,and it can provide better chemical and physical properties.In previous reports,solar cells based on ternary PbSxSe1-x have showed improved performance than those only based binary PbS and/or PbSe.On the other hand,few near-infrared photodetectors based on PbSxSe1-x colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)are reported.
