　　Object PCD is a novel nicotinamide pesticide used for pest control in agriculture.Human exposure to PCD could result from inhalation,ingestion and/or dermal contact during its use or through PCD containing food.To understand the pharmaockinetics of PCD,which is an integrate part of safety evaluation for this product,pharmacokinetic profile including absorption,distribution,and excretion of PCD in rat was investigated following oral administration.
