　　Surface tension confined microfluidics as an important branch of microfluidictechnology has been widely used in biochemical analysis,medical detection and food science.Fabricating an open microfluidic platform by confining tiny volume of liquid on a substrate is an immensely important part for generating isolated droplets withcontrolled volume,geometry and position[1].
