  Flammulina velutipes is the main cultivated edible fungus whose production ranks the fourth in the world.And it is the most important cultivated edible fungus in China and also used as a large number of export.As the difference in Flammulina velutipes production, the imperfect registration system and its reproductive characteristics, homonymy, synonym phenomenon become more and more serious, which result in great difficulties for the breeding work.In our study, the AFLP and SSR markers were adopted for analyzing the genetic diversity of parts of industry-cultivated Flammulina velutipes strains and identifying strains.
