雄激素对去势大鼠阴茎组织转化生长因子β基因表达的影响

目的探讨雄激素对阴茎组织中TGF-β mRNA的调控作用。方法将30只成年雄性大鼠随机分为3组(去势组、对照组、丙酸睾酮组),去势组与丙酸睾酮组分别切除双侧睾丸,其中丙酸睾酮组在切除睾丸后给予丙酸睾酮替代,于术后3周取阴茎组织,用PCR检测其TGF-β mRNA的表达。结果去势组TGF-β mRNA的表达较其它两组增强,而表现TGF-β mRNA减弱的组,由少到多依次为对照组、丙酸睾酮组;对照组、丙酸睾酮组其TGF-β mRNA内控量较少,与去势组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论雄激素可能通过调节TGF-β mRNA表达而在阴茎勃起中发挥重要作用。 Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of androgens on TGF-β mRNA in penile tissue. Methods Thirty adult male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (castration group, control group and testosterone propionate group). The castration group and testosterone propionate group were divided into two groups: testis group, testosterone propionate group The testosterone propionate was substituted. The penile tissue was taken 3 weeks after the operation and the expression of TGF-β mRNA was detected by PCR. Results The expression of TGF-β mRNA in the castration group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups, while the expression of TGF-β mRNA in the castration group was decreased from control group to testosterone propionate group β mRNA less control, compared with castration group were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion Androgens may play an important role in penile erection by regulating TGF-β mRNA expression.
