The objective of this study was to find the optimal condition of sikabovine interspecies somatic cell cloning.Bovine oocytes in M Ⅱ phase and sika pedicle periosteum cells were used to product somatic cell cloning embryo.Three important factors,electric field strength,electrical pulse frequency and pulse duration as electrical fusion parameters on the impact of fusion and cleavage were considered for sika-bovine interspecies somatic cell cloning.
