一、丽江古镇保护、开发、利用的启示告诉我们:古城的“旧城改造”工作必须要以保护文物为基点、以利用文物为目的云南古镇丽江,有得天独厚的自然景观和多姿多彩的人文景观。云南政府确立了以旅游为先导的发展战略,先后开发了丽江古城、老君山等风景名胜区。不仅繁荣了丽江地区的经济,还促进了与外界的交往和沟通,加快了丽江向国际旅游景点城市发展的步伐。
