Background: Previous studies reportedthat 50 Hz extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMF) promoted the proliferation and neurogenesis of neural stem cells (NSCs), however, little attention was paid to embryonic neural stem cells (eNSCs).The aim of thepresent study was to investigate the effects of intermittent exposure to 50 HzELF-EMF on proliferation and neuronal differentiation of eNSCs.
