Natural gas hydrate (NGH) is a kind of high efficient utilization of clean energy,which almost has no residue after combustion,and it has a great reserve of mineral resources.In order to study the critical safety risk in the exploitation of natural gas hydrate,Summarize the relevant management experience.Through the research on the comparison of the characteristics of conventional gas hydrate mining method and the research of drilling engineering risk and formation damage in the process of exploitation,the problem of natural gas hydrate exploitation must be overcome.Finally,it is concluded by analysing the typical accident case of combined gas hydrate that the change of formation stress caused by hydrate decomposition is the key to the safety of the whole mining.All safety management experience is based on smooth drilling,rational exploitation,prevent environment,equipment,personnel and other aspects damage due to the formation of stratum layer and stress change.
