文中对几例疑难病例进行探讨，笔者认为，在临床疾病诊断过程中不要受以往检查结果的影响（可以参考和借鉴），在接诊患者的过程中，应保持独立思考的习惯；常规超声检查如发现心脏少见肿瘤，其位置具有争议的患者，应果断进行经食管超声检查。对于少见病例，要注意随访、总结。
