建筑用耐火钢筋的成分设计及其组织与性能研究

从工程应用的角度出发,在合理分析钢筋中合金元素作用的基础上,采用Mo、Nb、V合金化和控轧控冷手段,获得了400 MPa级超细晶高强度钢筋.通过OP、SEM、TEM观察和力学性能测试手段,分析了不同状态下实验钢中的显微组织特征和力学性能,研究了钢中(微)合金化元素和工艺对其组织转变、第二相粒子析出行为和常温/高温力学性能的影响.结果表明,钢的显微组织主要为细小的多边形铁素体和退化珠光体;Nb的细化晶粒效果优于V,而Nb+V复合微合金化的晶粒细化效果最明显。Mo碳化物的析出及Mo原子的拖曳作用可明显提高钢的高温屈服强度。
