我与《诗经》可以说是结下了不解之缘。我的名字“合鸣”正好与《小雅·鹤鸣》篇“鹤鸣于九皋”之“鹤鸣”谐音。恩师黄焯先生在赠给我的《诗说》扉页上就书写了“鹤鸣老弟存阅”六个大字,意在勉励我好好学习《诗经》。我在青年时代喜欢写诗,曾发表过一些短诗,还出版过一部长诗,因而对《诗经》怀有一种酷爱之情。在读大学时,学习《诗经》的兴趣更浓。当时,我购得一本朱熹的《诗集传》,真是如获至宝,爱不释手。此书的天头之上,还绘有“鸟兽 I and the ”Book of Songs“ can be said that it is the bond of indissoluble bond.
