建筑结构热桥温度效应的数值模拟分析

本文介绍了热桥的概念和热桥对结构的危害作用,基于热传导的基本理论,利用ANSYS有限元软件分析了空调板热桥结构分别在不做保温、聚苯板保温和玻化微珠保温砂浆作用下的温度场和热流密度.研究表明,热桥部位内表面温度小于填充墙的,在两者的交接处温度和热流密度发生了突变;采用聚苯板保温和玻化微珠保温材料做外保温均提高热桥部位内表面的温度,使得内表面的温度大于结露温度,但相对而言采用玻化微珠保温更有利于主体结构的耐久性;两种保温材料做保温均降低了热桥部位的平均热流密度,但聚苯板保温最大热流密度(为293 W/m2)甚至是无保温时的(145 W/m2)的2倍,使得热桥效应更加明显.因此,玻化微珠保温材料做外保温能够彻底解决建筑结构中的热桥问题,对建筑节能实现65%标准是一种十分理想的保温材料.
