By using the polymeric fluid model and boundary perturbation method, we obtained the flow rate (up to the second order) of the polymeric fluids inside the wavy-rough microtube of which system of them could form a membrane.Our results show that once the forcing is rather large, there is small reduction of flow rate for wavy-rough microtubes (compared to the smooth microtube).These results are useful to the fluid separation as well as the membrane sieving.
