As composite become more popular on modem aircrafts, it is necessary to better predict and reduce the curing deformation after the curing process.In order to predict the warping deformation, an effective model was established to simulate the curing process.Both the mechanical and chemical effects were considered when analyzing the influencing factors and generating mechanism of the deformation, i.e.the curing temperature curve and crosslinking reaction.
