Stainless steel products are used in some building for excellent performance.But actually using in complex environment and influencing by several factors, the products may be eroded.The objective of this study was to account for the cause of the corrosion of the submitted funnel sample.In general, the approach is to formulate and conduct a series of laboratory tests,and interpret the results.Based on the findings, corrosion of the submitted stainless steel funnel could be attributed to three factors, such as material factor, site condition, and corrosion.

本文结合国电山东石横发电厂＃1机组等离子点火改造工程的实施,介绍了等离子点火技术的原理、设计方案、系统组成,重点探讨了调试过程,并阐述了点火注意事项,得出了采用等离子点火技术节能效果明显的结论.采用等离子点火技术是降低电站锅炉点火成本和低负荷运行费用、解决电站锅炉点火用油和低负荷助燃用油的有效手段.随着国内锅炉等离子点火技术的逐渐成熟，以及国际石油价格的节节攀升，降低电厂运行成本势在必行。
