目的:研究降香檀叶的显微及其活性成分的薄层色谱鉴别特征。方法:采用药材性状、显微及薄层色谱鉴定方法。结果:降香檀叶主要显微鉴别特征为射线细胞、韧皮部细胞等富含草酸钙结晶,下表皮主为平轴式气孔,粉末可见由2个大小悬殊细胞组成且壁疣明显的非腺毛;薄层色谱中两产地降香檀叶中均可检出异黄酮6-羟基-鹰嘴豆芽素A和鹰嘴豆芽素A。结论:该显微鉴别和薄层鉴别方法能有效鉴别降香檀叶。
OBJECTIVE: To study the microscopic identification and the identification of the active ingredients by TLC. Methods: The medicinal properties, microscopic and TLC identification methods. Results: The main microscopic distinguishing features of Rhodiola rosea were radiochondria and phloem cells, which were rich in calcium oxalate crystals. The main epidermis of the lower epidermis was a flat-axis stomata. The powder was found to consist of two non-glandular hairs with obvious wall warts ; Isoflavone 6-hydroxy-biochanin A and chickpea sp. Conclusion: The microscopic identification and thin layer identification method can effectively identify the desalination leaves.
