中国的入世为我国对外贸易带来了新的发展机遇,同时国际贸易“绿色化”趋势也给我国外贸发展带来了前所未有的冲击。我们不得不面对一个新的问题和挑战,那就是绿色壁垒。这个名词或许对于我们并不陌生,中国入世后,许多出口国外的商品被拒之门外甚至被销毁,这些都是因为我国的商品在其他国家的绿色壁垒上碰了壁,其他国家也是通过绿色壁垒限制了外国商品的进口从而保护了本国的贸易和经济环境。中国是一个环境大国,存在很多环境问题,有的甚至还很严重,环境和生态破坏都令人震惊。本文将针对在入世初期如何利用绿色壁垒应对外国相关政策的同时又保护我国的对外经济和贸易,从以下两方面进行探讨。
China’s accession to the WTO has brought new opportunities for the development of China’s foreign trade. Meanwhile, the trend toward international trade has also brought unprecedented impact on the development of China’s foreign trade. We have to face a new problem and challenge, that is green barriers. This term may be no stranger to us. After China’s accession to the WTO, many goods exported to other countries have been rejected or even destroyed. These are because our products have hit the wall of green barriers in other countries, and other countries have adopted green Barriers have limited the import of foreign goods and thus protected their own trade and economic environment. China is a large environmental country with many environmental problems. Some are even very serious. Both environmental and ecological damage are alarming. This article will address how to use green barriers to deal with foreign related policies and protect China’s foreign economy and trade in the early days of accession to the WTO from the following two aspects.
