Backbone planarity is critical for developing high-performance polymer semiconductors for applications in organic thin-film transistors(OTFTs)and polymer solar cells(PSCs).To this end,several materials design strategies have been invented,showing distinct pros and cons.In this work,we present a novel strategy by incorporating head-to-head linkage containing bithiophene into polymer backbone,which features intramolecular noncovalent S-O interactions.
