胫后肌Split术治疗脑瘫马蹄内翻足疗效影响因素分析

【摘要】

：

目的:胫后肌持续高活性是脑瘫后足马蹄内翻畸形主要原因.Kaufer1977年首先采用胫后肌Split术来治疗,此后许多报道证实该手术能有效平衡脑瘫患儿后足肌力纠正畸形.由于国内未普及步态分析系统,对脑瘫肌力评估无法量化,手术疗效也因此存在一定的不确定性.本文采集我院施行胫后肌Split术患儿年龄,瘫痪类型,手术指征,肌腱转移路径,合并手术等相关因素,分析其对手术效果的影响.
