The mining procedure of underground mineral resources leads to dynamic land resource evolvement of ground surface.However,currently separate management patterns of land resources and mineral resources is put into practice,which results in that the impact of mineral exploitation on economy,society and population can’t be evaluated and supervised effectively in related urban and rural region.Based on UML,ArcEngine 9.3 and Oracle 10G,“IntegratedSupervisory Platform on Land and Mineral Resources in Mining Area (LMSP)” is developed,which simultaneously adopts the techniques of mass spatial data management,remote dynamic monitoring of mineral exploitation and dynamic prediction of mining subsidence.Through integrated management of underground mineral resources information and land use information,the platform can provide rational decision supporting on integrated planning or optimized deployment and utilization of land and mineral resources,dynamic monitoring management and ecological protection and recovery.The developed software platform has been applied to Bureau of Land and Resources of Xuzhou and has made good effectiveness.
