Purpose: The aim of our study was to present our 10-year experience in treatment of giant ossifying fibroma(OF),and to reveal that if good aesthetic and functional outcomes can be achieved after ablative surgery of giant ossifying fibroma followed by immediate reconstruction.Methods: 18 patients who underwent radical resection of giant OF in jaws and immediate reconstruction was done using vascularized fibula flap or ilium flap between Oct 2003 and Oct2013.Post-operative aesthetic results and functional outcomes gained at post-operative 2 years.
