本文主要根据《痧证文献整理与刮痧现代研究》中与肌肤痧证相关的文献,探寻痧证最早的分类情况;认为最早论述的肌肤痧,是在一定条件下形成的人体失调功能状态的中医证候;并在《痧胀玉衡》之后与肌肤痧相关的文献中,总结后世对肌肤痧证的发病情况、中医病理、临床表现、治疗方法的补充,结合我们自己的中医临床,概述肌肤痧的临床表现、证候及病机要点和治疗特点等,为刮痧疗痧法的适应症提供可靠的历史根据。
