某钢厂轧钢车间的操作室为二层框架结构,在使用过程中,发现逐步向②轴线倾斜,倾斜达到250mm,②轴线基础下沉93mm,由于①轴线基础没有下沉,形成了①列柱偏心受压,在受拉一面混凝土表面出现裂纹,影响继续使用,操作室的平面和立面图见图1、图2。现就造成不均匀下沉以及采用顶升纠偏方法介绍于下。一、柱基不均匀下沉造成倾斜原因该操作室的地基土-l~-4m为湿陷性黄土,-4m以下为亚粘土,①轴线柱基是放在厂房柱基之上,中间夹有3m多厚的人工填土层,而且夯实较好,②轴线柱基是放在天然湿陷性黄土层上,靠②轴线有一条电缆井。从钻孔取样看②轴线地基含水量大,是由于雨水从电缆井渗入地基而造成下沉93mm,使整个建筑物向②轴倾斜250mm。
The operation room of a rolling mill in a steel mill is a two-story frame structure. During use, it is found that it gradually tilts toward the 2nd axis, the tilt reaches 250mm, and the 2 axis base sinks 93mm. Since the 1 axis base does not sink, it forms 1 column. Under eccentric pressure, cracks appear on the surface of concrete under tension, which affects the continued use. The plane and elevation of the operating room are shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 . The uneven sinking is now being introduced and the jacking correction method is introduced below. 1. Causes of Inclined Inclined Sinking of the Pillar Foundation The foundation soil of the operation room is -1 to -4m of collapsible loess, -4m or less is sub-clay, and the 1 axis column base is placed on the base of the workshop pillar. There are more than 3m thick artificial backfill, and better compaction, 2-axis column base is placed on the natural collapsible loess layer, there is a cable well by 2 axis. The large water content of the 2-axis foundation was seen from borehole sampling, which was caused by rainwater seeping into the foundation from the cable shaft and causing a fall of 93mm, tilting the whole building to 250mm on the 2nd axis.
